"I had been with Allstate for years. After they double billed me and wouldn’t fix it, I knew it was time to shop around. Miranda at Amber Kramer State Farm was so helpful. She is very knowledgeable, explains everything well, and works quick and gets the job done right. She not only got me significantly better rates on both my vehicle and homeowners insurance, it came with significantly better coverage. Coming out to about $700 less a year with more coverage. She also was able to get me a higher life insurance rate for cheaper. I wish I had shopped around a long time ago."

"Extraordinarily unimpressed since Amber Kramer became the agent in charge of the office (not that you’ll actually have any interaction with her, from my experience she’s just a name and picture on the sign). The communication is awful, and if you actually use the insurance you’re paying premiums for you’ll be dropped. If I could post a review with zero stars I would."
